Split between 1960 Topps (100 cards), 1982 Topps (100 cards) and 1992 Topps (100 cards), the 300-card base set revisits earlier flagship designs for both retired players and current stars. Parallels include Peach (#'d), Blue (#'d), and Black (1/1), as well as new Red (#/25) versions. Another debut addition, there are also as many as 20 base SP Variations.
Retail Update: Giving retail collectors an additional incentive, 2017 Topps Archives Baseball Retail Value Box formats offer a bonus pack with a pair of exclusive Topps Coin inserts. These, of course, are a throwback to the Topps coins of the 1980s.
Jeter Update: Building on the retro choices in 2017 Topps Archives Baseball, Yankees legend Derek Jeter is honored with Derek Jeter Retrospective inserts at 1:12 packs (or one per blaster). The 21-card main set reprints many of Jeter's flagship appearances from his playing career, adding a special foil stamp. In addition to the silver base version, parallels include Blue Foil (#/150), Green Foil (#/99), Gold Foil (#/50), Red Foil (#/10) and Black Foil (1/1).
There are also more limited options with the case-hit Derek Jeter Retrospective Short Prints. These specifically highlight his debut 1993 Topps Draft Pick card and his final flagship base card in 2015 Topps.
While most of the same parallels listed above apply to the SP cards, there is no Blue Foil edition. Signed versions also cover the entire set with on-card base Autographs (#/5) and a one-of-one Orange parallel.
